Intellectual property
The JointLog platform, including its software, design and branding, belongs to JointLog. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for your business. Each company retains its own name, logo and content that it brings to the platform.
Third-party services
The platform uses third-party services such as maps and a weather feed for tracking, and email and SMS gateways for notifications. Their availability is not guaranteed by JointLog and may be subject to their own terms.
If a term is unenforceable
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
